Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will build pipelines for niche areas and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities include pre-screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, onboarding documentation, posting updates, and coordinating with practice leads to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in Salesforce and/or AWS environments.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS; LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
