Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience directly sourcing and recruiting professional and technical candidates in construction, electrical contracting, or project-based environments.
• Familiarity with recruiting workflow, ATS, job boards, offer coordination, and candidate documentation.
• Ability to build strong relationships with executives, operations leaders, hiring managers, candidates, colleges, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, judgment, and problem-solving.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Arcoro, UKG).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with executives, department leaders, and hiring managers to define needs, candidate profiles, priorities, and dates.
• Provide hiring managers with market feedback on availability, compensation, competition, and obstacles.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for project management, project engineering, field engineering, accounting, purchasing, estimating, engineering, VDC/BIM, and other roles.
• Build and develop talent pipelines for critical positions and future leadership needs.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and professional networks to identify candidates.
• Screen candidates, present qualified professionals, and maintain timely communication.
• Coordinate recruiting workflow with interview scheduling and prompt feedback.
• Maintain candidate, requisition, interview, offer, source, and disposition data in systems.
