Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a Senior Estimator for its Electrical Division in City of Industry, CA. The role requires analyzing electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings to prepare accurate estimates, managing multiple project bids, and guiding junior estimators.

Strong client coordination and cost control are essential. Responsibilities include preconstruction collaboration, adherence to schedules, value engineering, and maintaining organized estimating files.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating projects up to $15 million in electrical value.
• Strong electrical knowledge in commercial construction including low voltage systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ACCUBID, and Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and documents to prepare detailed estimates using estimating software.
• Manage large or multiple project estimates independently.
• Lead a team of junior estimators on a project pursuit and build client relationships.
• Prepare detailed proposals and bid forms for customers and ensure accuracy with the Chief Estimator.
