You will lead strategic recruiting initiatives, manage stakeholders, and build credible pipelines for senior, specialized talent across technology and services. The role emphasizes market insights, speed, quality, candidate experience, and long-term workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, including complex, highly specialized Professional Services organizations.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior/executive-level stakeholders, building credibility and influencing hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective talent strategies and recruitment plans.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices, market intelligence, and candidate assessment.
• Experience building credible talent pipelines and advising on market dynamics and compensation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner and SME for assigned Professional Services leaders.
• Lead recruiting initiatives across organizations outside of PS when needed.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, practice leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear talent profiles and targeted recruiting strategies.
• Set expectations with hiring managers on market conditions, interview processes, and timelines.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, risks, and recommended actions.
• Create accountability across the recruiting process and candidate momentum.
