Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruitment for permanent roles across client Operations. You will drive sourcing, stakeholder communication, and market analysis while mentoring junior recruiters.

Lead external vendor relationships and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategic initiatives to improve department performance. This role requires strong data skills and a proactive, high-energy approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years recruitment experience.
• Experience in corporate or technical operations recruiting.
• Experience managing external vendors (MSPs, agencies).
• Advanced experience with ATS (SuccessFactors / Taleo).
• Ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and data-driven hiring approach.

Responsibilities

• Manages full desk of requisitions, sourcing and delivering candidates.
• Builds partnerships with internal/external clients to understand staffing needs.
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies to build a diverse candidate pool.
• Leads Talent Acquisition initiatives and mentors recruiters.
• Liaises with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies.
• Generates reports and contributes to leadership presentations.
• Delivers results against Talent Acquisition KPIs.
