Job summary

Gofractional is seeking a Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible, contract basis. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across technical, executive, and high-volume roles while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

You will leverage modern sourcing strategies and ATS/HCM systems to ensure compliant hiring practices and smooth onboarding, all while operating remotely on a 16-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, executive, campus, and high-volume roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using social media marketing, ATS tools, and HR systems.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing and ensure legal compliance throughout hiring process.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication and negotiation.
• Facilitate interviews, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS (Kronos, UltiPro) and ATS (Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing).
• Support onboarding including orientation, contracts review, and employee relations initiatives.
• Stay updated on employment law to ensure compliant recruiting practices.

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. As a key driver of our talent strategy, you will leverage your extensive experience in full cycle recruiting, talent management, and HR sourcing to identify top-tier candidates and build lasting relationships. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will help us attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS platforms like Lever or iCIMS, and HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management techniques.
• Facilitate interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and coordinate assessments to ensure a strong match with organizational needs.
• Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems such as Kronos or UltiPro while managing applicant tracking systems like Taleo or Kenexa BrassRing for seamless candidate tracking.
• Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, contracts review, employee evaluation procedures, and employee relations initiatives.
• Stay updated on employment law in talent management to ensure all recruiting activities adhere to legal standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with expertise in talent management, candidate sourcing, and HR legal compliance.
• Proficiency with talent acquisition tools such as ATS (Lever, iCIMS), HRIS (Workday, SAP), and talent management software (PeopleSoft).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management including employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
• Experience with social media management (recruitment) for lead generation and employer branding efforts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro or Taleo is highly desirable.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Pay: $122.00 - $135.00 per hour
• Job Type: Contract
