Job summary

WeBox Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives across our marketplace platform and AI-powered solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Leadership to identify opportunities, solve customer problems, and drive measurable business impact. You will define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products and driving measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and prioritization for key initiatives across the marketplace platform and AI-powered solutions.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into scalable product solutions.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Create product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success metrics.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior and pain points to drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Leadership for aligned delivery.
• Analyze product performance and define KPIs to guide decision making.
