Job summary

You will partner with leadership to define requirements, manage high-volume and leadership-level roles, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong candidate relationships while driving timely onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Human Resources department in all recruitment-related activities.
• Partner with the VP of People Operations to define position requirements, ensure service satisfaction, and drive timely hiring and onboarding processes.
• Manage recruitment for both high-volume roles and professional/leadership-level positions.
• Oversee job postings through the ATS and external job boards.
• Source candidates through networking platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
• Review and screen resumes to assess qualifications.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews using structured tools.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Communicate key hiring updates, including start dates, compensation, position status, and onboarding schedules.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, including travel to branch locations as needed.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, screening tools, assessments, and interview guides.
• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Foster and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reporting to People Operations leadership.
• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a continuous flow of qualified applicants across key roles.
