Job DescriptionFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Title: Senior RecruiterReports To: VP of People OperationsSupervisory Responsibilities: NoPosition SummaryThe Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts while developing innovative and creative approaches to attract, engage, and secure top talent across all branch locations. This role proactively identifies new sourcing channels, builds talent communities, leverages employer branding initiatives, and implements forward-thinking recruitment strategies to expand candidate pipelines and increase applicant flow. Partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers, the Senior Recruiter drives workforce growth by anticipating talent needs, cultivating diverse candidate networks, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the Human Resources department in all recruitment-related activitiesPartner with the VP of People Operations to define position requirements, ensure service satisfaction, and drive timely hiring and onboarding processesManage recruitment for both high-volume roles and professional/leadership-level positionsOversee job postings through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and external job boardsSource candidates through networking platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, and MonsterReview and screen resume to assess candidate qualificationsConduct phone screenings and in-person interviews using structured tools and best practicesCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidatesCommunicate key hiring updates, including start dates, compensation, position status, and onboarding schedulesOrganize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, including travel to branch locations as neededDevelop and maintain job descriptions, screening tools, assessments, and interview guidesLead and manage the Talent Acquisition and onboarding teamsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needsFoster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partnersMaintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide reporting to People Operations leadershipDevelop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a consistent flow of qualified applicants across key roles.Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skillsSolid understanding of recruitment processes and employment lawsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS platforms)Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsDemonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving abilitiesEffective negotiation and influencing skillsEquipment UsedStandard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, etc.)Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle as neededPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift to 20 poundsFrequent use of hands for computer and office tasksAbility to perform repetitive motionsExposure to moderate noise levelsAbility to perform job duties in a safe and alert mannerEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition strongly preferredPrior experience managing or leading a team is preferredAdditional InformationThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all responsibilities.
