Job summary

Traffic Management LLC in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to act as a strategic talent acquisition partner. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, source through multiple platforms, and collaborate with leadership to build diverse candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You will manage both high-volume roles and leadership positions, oversee ATS postings, and drive onboarding and reporting to People Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience leading or managing a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to HR in all recruitment activities.
• Partner with VP of People Operations to define requirements and drive timely hiring.
• Manage recruitment for high-volume and professional/leadership roles.
• Oversee job postings through ATS and external boards.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster; network extensively.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Develop job descriptions, screening tools, and interview guides.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and onboarding teams; build candidate pipelines.
• Maintain records and provide reporting to People Operations leadership.
