Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles from entry to leadership positions.

You will partner with hiring managers to shape roles, criteria, and sourcing strategies, while coordinating with external agencies and campus programs. Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or high-volume settings, strong HR knowledge, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, including professional or salaried positions.
• Manufacturing, food manufacturing, or high-volume operational recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned salaried and hourly positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, clarify role requirements and timelines.
• Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and HR.
• Coordinate relationships with third-party posting and recruiting platforms and agencies.
• Build and maintain college, university, and internship partnerships to create early-career pipelines.
• Coordinate internship and co-op recruiting activities and career fairs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on trends and opportunities.
