Job description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:
  1. Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview, and process best practices.
  2. Influence business decisions and recruitment practices by utilizing your market expertise and leveraging data.
  3. Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent.
  4. Develop innovative hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
  5. Be an advocate for best-in-class processes and systems, supporting data integrity and process compliance efforts to foster a positive hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  6. Expertly negotiate offer agreements with candidates.
  7. Extend your talent network across senior levels in our key geographies and industries to identify and nurture talent pools.
