This individual will support recruiting for Dematic Operations in Mexico. We are looking for a strong and energetic talent advisor who can drive positive change for the business. Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Lead full life-cycle recruitment process for Mexico Operations
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to: analyze data, review competitor analysis, market trends, recruitment strategy, etc.
  • Operate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a detailed understanding of the various role requirements and desired candidate profile
  • Create and implement active and passive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Leverage technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract candidates
  • Engage in active sourcing and recruiting for candidates using various search tools, processes, and strategy
  • Proactively source, screen, interview and select candidates for current and future business openings
  • Conduct regular update meetings with hiring managers to provide requisition updates: status, candidate pipeline, feedback, etc.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
  • Minimum 7 years recruiting, preferably in a technical or manufacturing organization
  • ATS experience; Workday is strongly preferred
  • External network of recruitment experts and resources
  • Experience using social media to identify and attract candidates, strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience in a high-paced, matrixed environment and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
