Qualifications

5-10+ years of full life cycle recruiting across professional roles.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Extensive senior-level/experienced hire recruitment experience.
Ability to generate a high-volume, high-quality candidate pipeline under tight timelines.
Aggressive hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite used for sourcing.

Responsibilities

Partner with service lines to provide sourcing and operational recruiting support.
Conduct intake calls, set sourcing strategy, and present candidates for positions.
Source, interview, and present candidates for specific service lines; build pipelines.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Operations Leaders, and interview teams for feedback and next steps.
Create market research, job descriptions, and talent insights for hiring managers.
