Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to provide advanced operational support for enterprise TA processes, systems, and programs. You will train staff, coordinate high-level interviews, manage offers, and ensure accurate data across ATS platforms.

In this role, you will identify process gaps, propose improvements, and escalate risks while delivering a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination, or related function preferred.
• Experience in multi-site or global enterprise recruiting operations.
• Experience delivering training or onboarding sessions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with recruiters and business leaders to support enterprise recruiting operations.
• Provide guidance on Talent Acquisition processes and system functionality.
• Lead onboarding and process training for new HR business partners and recruiters.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for Talent Acquisition activities.
• Coordinate complex interview scheduling for executive and high-priority roles.
• Create and distribute all offer letters with accuracy and alignment to compensation guidelines.
• Manage ATS updates and candidate communications.
• Support pre-employment activities for US and Puerto Rico.
