Job summary

Hallcon is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting team, drive hiring initiatives, and oversee end-to-end recruitment across the organization.

You will manage recruiter performance, deliver pipeline analytics, coordinate hiring events, and partner with HRIS, Benefits, Legal to ensure compliant, high-quality hires.

This role reports to the Director of Talent and offers growth, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative, performance-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years in leading or managing recruitment teams
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and stretch goals
• Experience coordinating large hiring events and TA projects

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly recruiter performance to meet targets
• Deliver regular talent pipeline analytics and reporting to leadership
• Oversee end-to-end hiring event delivery
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance management for TA team
• Develop and refine candidate communication standards and SOPs
• Execute special TA projects (e.g., referral programs, community initiatives)
• Collaborate with HRIS, HRBP, Benefits, and Legal on systems and compliance
