Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business management, or related field.
• Proven experience in senior-level recruitment and full-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with TA goals and organizational needs.
• Manage candidate activity in ATS and coordinate with Hiring Managers for assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking.
• Conduct background checks and screen prospective employees.
• Attend Hiring Events and Career Fairs to promote the company and attract candidates.
• Collaborate with HR Leadership on data analysis, KPI tracking, and process improvements.
