Job summary

Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a Sr Associate to join our Talent Acquisition and People Ops team in NYC, focusing on delivering a smooth candidate experience and efficient recruiting operations. You will own full-cycle recruiting for various roles and manage internship programs, while coordinating onboarding and employer-brand initiatives.

The role reports to the VP of Talent Acquisition and requires 3–4 years of recruiting experience, with a four-day-per-week onsite schedule in New York City.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for junior-to-senior full-time positions and contract roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and management for our internship program.
• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee logistics to keep momentum for candidates and hiring teams.
• Coordinate employee onboarding with departments and schedule orientation for new hires.
• Assist with planning and logistics for recruiting and DEI events to strengthen Morning Brew's employer brand.
