Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
• Experience recruiting for construction, electrical contracting, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments preferred.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring electricians, apprentices, foremen, superintendents, project managers, and other skilled professionals.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting platforms, and social media sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning and sourcing through hiring and onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract skilled trades, electrical construction personnel, and corporate professionals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, social media, and industry networks.
• Partner with hiring managers and project leaders to forecast workforce needs and fill critical positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, and hiring coordination.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS records, and improve candidate experience and hiring processes.
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and workforce development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
