Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, payroll, and interviewing experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate appointments, reference checks, skills testing, and new-hire onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct cold calls and sales outreach to generate new business opportunities and expand staffing partnerships.
• Assist with employee scheduling, payroll preparation, and administrative office support.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications.
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring and placement process to ensure a positive experience.
