Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function for a skilled labor project in Monroe, LA. You will partner with site leadership to manage recruitment, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits across one or more business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years HR experience; 3+ years supervisory/management experience
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Experience in construction or large organizations advantageous
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full employment life cycle: recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits
• Lead 1+ HR Generalists/Administrators across locations and advise BU leadership
• Foster HR guidance on labor relations strategy and workforce risk
• Oversee talent acquisition for project staffing and onboarding
• Partner with HR Director and legal on complex labor matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws
