Formación

• Leadership experience in talent acquisition and strategic hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related area.
• Supervisory experience or leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business goals into actionable hiring plans aligned with capacity and market conditions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate hiring risks to ensure timely talent delivery.
• Coach and develop talent acquisition associates to improve hiring quality.
• Analyze recruitment data to diagnose bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Maintain process discipline and ensure a consistent candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven hiring insights and manage expectations.
• Drive continuous process enhancements to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Build capability plans to address skill gaps and support team growth.
