Comcast Advertising in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead HR/Legal/Comms/Admin recruitment and drive strategic hiring across the organization. You will oversee a professional TA team, shape recruitment processes, and build external partnerships to deliver high-quality hires and strong business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for leadership in TA roles.
• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and leadership.
• Proven ability to design and implement TA strategies with external partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Implement talent acquisition strategies that enhance business performance and deliver a return on investment.
• Guide the recruitment process from job requisition design to onboarding, ensuring quality hires and compliance.
• Fulfilling departmental hiring needs with timely and cost-effective talent sourcing and acquisition.
• Lead the development of talent sourcing strategies and oversee their execution to support current and future staffing needs.
• Establish recruitment metrics, monitor performance, and report on staffing outcomes to drive optimal hiring practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and improve recruitment tools and processes continually.
• Analyze recruitment strategies and trends to enhance process efficiency, employee satisfaction, and retention.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external partners to augment talent recruitment efforts.
• Provide leadership and supervision to the talent acquisition team, including setting departmental and individual performance goals.
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
