We are seeking a seasoned Recruiting Leader to build and run a high-performing recruiting and talent acquisition function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has led agency staffing operations inside a corporate environment and who has personally recruited at a high level. You will own the strategy, the team, and the results, from sourcing and client or hiring-manager partnership through offer and retention.
The ideal candidate understands the economics of staffing (fill rates, margins, time-to-fill, recruiter productivity) and knows how to turn a recruiting team into a growth engine for the business.

Strategy and Operations
- Design and execute the recruiting strategy aligned to business growth goals and client or internal hiring demand.
- Own recruiting P&L and operating metrics, including submittals-to-interview, interview-to-offer, offer acceptance, fill rate, time-to-fill, and gross margin where applicable.
- Manage the ATS/CRM and reporting so leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into pipeline and performance.
- Build repeatable processes, playbooks, and scorecards that scale.
Executive and Senior-Level Recruiting
- Personally lead searches for senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles, including director-level and executive positions.
- Develop and maintain a deep network of passive candidates and industry relationships in the Northeast Florida market and beyond.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through negotiation, offer structure, and close.
Client and Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, hiring managers, and clients on workforce planning, market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Manage key client or internal relationships, including service-level expectations and escalations.
- Partner with sales, finance, HR, and operations leaders to forecast demand and align recruiting capacity.
Vendor and Agency Management
- Manage relationships with job boards, sourcing tools, MSPs, and third-party agencies; negotiate terms and evaluate ROI.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, EEO requirements, and client or corporate policies.
