The candidate will build pipelines for highly technical roles, optimize interview processes, and drive continuous improvement in talent management, reporting to TA leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience including highly technical roles.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing a team.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Expert level proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms.
• Experience developing systems and processes to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a talent acquisition team across three locations/time zones.
• Partner with Client Leads and TA leadership to plan and drive hiring goals.
• Develop strategies to increase local hiring in WA, AL, and FL for exempt roles.
• Build and lead high-performing recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and business leaders to align on delivery goals.
• Provide regular updates to TA leadership on progress and targets.
• Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the organization.
• Foster continuous improvement, feedback, and professional growth.
