Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Sr. Client Lead Recruiter to partner with Sourcing Recruiters, Full Life Cycle Recruiters, and Recruiting Coordinators across Space Vehicles Talent Acquisition.

You will lead talent strategies for assigned business groups and ensure delivery of high-quality service to internal customers. You will drive candidate attraction, ensure interview readiness, conduct debrief sessions, and manage offer closings while developing workforce plans, market insights, and branding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems for sourcing and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Drive candidate attraction and engagement to build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interview preparation and debrief sessions.
• Manage offers and finalize hiring decisions.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies and market research on profiles and talent.
• Establish regular reporting and meetings with business groups.
