Qualifications

• 7+ years corporate or search firm recruiting experience.
• MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Contact Management/Applicant tracking system experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Drive candidate attraction and engagement to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure thorough candidate interview preparation for readiness and performance.
• Facilitate interview debrief sessions for comprehensive evaluation and feedback.
