Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to recruit highly specialized engineering talent across Structural, Mechanical, Avionics and Electrical disciplines, plus roles requiring security clearance. This full-time, on-site role supports leadership across Space Vehicles divisions and collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team to build robust talent pipelines.

You will identify, interview, and hire top talent to design, test, manufacture, and launch reusable spaceflight systems,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience, including Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT roles.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to influence leaders.
• Proven success generating leads using diverse sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools and pipelines.
• Screen and interview candidates and sustain relationships.
• Collaborate with and coach other Talent Acquisition team members.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders in scoping discussions and candidate debriefs.
• Prepare search status reports and lead client update meetings.
