Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters and shape talent strategies across the business. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with HR, Legal, and leaders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions while delivering a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience leading recruiters.
