Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a recruiting team and shape talent strategies across the organization. You will oversee delivery, ensure hiring goals are met, and partner with business leaders and HR partners to build strong pipelines.

This role requires 8+ years in talent acquisition, 3+ years of leadership, and a track record in high-volume hiring, process improvements, and compliant recruiting practices. Hybrid work arrangement applies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting with strong service and candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters and drive talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units.
• Build strong talent pipelines using sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
