Ideal candidates bring several years in HR recruiting, solid MS Office and HRIS experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Three to six years of HR recruiting experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service recruiting support and achieve staffing objectives.
• Interview candidates and make recommendations to managers.
• Coordinate relocations and manage interviews/travel.
• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and best practices.
• Support internship/college graduate programs.
