You’ll leverage Workday and market insights to optimize candidate quality, manage relationships, and ensure a timely, compliant hiring process within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment or sourcing in a high-volume corporate environment.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of job requisitions and hiring processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and craft job descriptions.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Educate and support US HR team and hiring managers on staffing policies.
