Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and professional salaried positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, salaried, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, team structure, and candidate profiles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines of passive candidates.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and recruiting challenges.
