Job summary

Wix is seeking an Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for all U.S.-based roles across Wix and Base44, with a strong focus on Go-To-Market positions. The role is hands-on, requires deep headhunting and interviewing expertise, and embraces AI/automation to enhance efficiency without losing a personal touch.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for US roles, partner with hiring managers, and guide compensation discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with senior/strategic hiring exposure.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and headhunting for passive talent.
• Experience acting as a true business partner to hiring managers, not just an intake-and-fill recruiter.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance recruiting efficiency while maintaining a human touch.
• Strong offer negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfort running structured behavioral/assessment interviews as part of a broader interview process.
• A scrappy, hands-on mindset, comfortable managing everything from scheduling to onboarding.
• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles and familiarity with compensation structures like OTE and variable pay – an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles, including sourcing, screening, HR behavioral/assessment interviews, offer construction, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Proactively source and headhunt passive talent, as outbound outreach is the core of the role.
• Build true partnerships with hiring managers, representing their teams credibly to candidates.
• Advise hiring managers and candidates on compensation structures, including base, OTE, and variable pay.
• Bring AI, automation, tooling, and process efficiencies into the recruiting workflow while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
• Manage a fast-moving pipeline with the adaptability, scrappiness, and startup mindset.
• Recruit across Wix and Base44, adapting your approach to each brand's culture.
