You will mentor a team of TA professionals, partner with senior leaders, and drive scalable processes, data-driven insights, and an employer brand to attract diverse talent in a fast‑growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in talent acquisition with 5 years leading teams.
• Startup experience preferred and able to scale processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws at federal/state/local levels.
• Experience understanding manufacturing/engineering roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
• Deliver against hiring targets with scalable recruiting processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to write job descriptions and criteria.
• Advise leaders on talent market trends and workforce risks.
• Improve recruiting policies and governance for a consistent experience.
• Drive long-term talent acquisition roadmap and employer branding.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruiting performance.
• Lead AI and automation adoption across recruiting lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and FP&A for headcount planning.
• Manage recruiting training programs for all participants.
