Sila Solutions Group is seeking an operations-focused professional to act as the hub supporting candidates, leaders, and employees. You will help recruit top consulting talent, coordinate onboarding, and improve workplace processes while partnering with company leadership to shape growth.

This role blends recruiting, employee experience, and operational efficiency in a national firm with Seattle headquarters.

Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in operations, recruiting, executive support, employee experience, project coordination, or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree.
Must be a self-starter.
Experience supporting a professional services or consulting organization is a plus.
Experience sourcing candidates and coordinating recruiting activities is highly desirable.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, ATS platforms, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct candidate outreach and phone screenings.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
Support employer branding.
Maintain recruiting systems, hiring metrics, and reporting.
Coordinate offer logistics and onboarding activities with leadership.
Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
Plan employee recognition programs and celebrations.
Organize company meetings and events.
Support learning and professional development initiatives.
Help strengthen employee engagement and culture.
Coordinate leadership meetings and special projects.
Prepare presentations and meeting materials.
Improve business processes and administrative workflows.
Assist with operational reporting and organizational initiatives.
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Coordinate vendors, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
