Job summary

SiTime in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to build and lead a world-class recruiting organization that hires the best technical talent in the industry at the pace our growth requires.

You will own TA strategy end-to-end: team, process, employer brand, and data, and partner with Engineering, Business Unit leaders, Sales, and G&A to scale SiTime toward $1 billion in revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams at a high-growth technology company.
• Track record of building or rebuilding a TA organization during hypergrowth, scaling hiring volume 2x or more while raising the quality bar.
• Deep experience recruiting senior engineering talent, plus a proven record leading VP and C-level searches and hiring sales leaders, business unit GMs, and G&A executives; semiconductor, hardware, or deep-tech experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up a scalable TA function, including team structure, recruiter-to-hire ratios, sourcing, coordination, and recruiting operations.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Lead hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles across MEMS, analog and mixed-signal design, clocking and timing ICs, verification, firmware, systems, and software engineering.
• Own Executive Leadership recruiting for VP and C-level roles: run confidential searches, manage retained search firms, and deliver a high-touch experience for executive candidates.
