Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET and MN-MIMO systems, seeks a Principal Talent Acquisition Lead at West Los Angeles HQ. Hybrid work with at least three onsite days weekly.

You will lead senior engineering and corporate searches, own requisitions, and scale our recruiting team while partnering with TA leadership to remove bottlenecks and improve results. You’ll manage a small recruiter group, develop sourcing playbooks, train new hires, and maintain high standards for candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in technical and corporate roles.
• Experience recruiting in hardware/engineering environments (defense, aerospace, telecoms, robotics).
• 2+ years supervising recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level and hard-to-fill searches across Engineering and Corporate G&A.
• Own full-cycle hiring and partner with TA leadership to optimize processes.
• Build, train, and scale the recruiting team; mentor recruiters.
• Create sourcing playbooks and streamline workflows; ensure candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Track KPIs, time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance; identify bottlenecks.
