Job summary

Cushing Terrell is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Missoula, MT to lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across our architecture, engineering, and design practice. You will collaborate with hiring managers, map talent, and negotiate offers within approved ranges, while mentoring peers and supporting internship programs.

You will shape employer branding and recruitment marketing for leadership roles, report on time-to-fill and pipeline

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including senior-level and leadership hiring.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including passive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Proven offer negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms (Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and MS Office; knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance.
• Strong consultative, communication, and analytical skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, leadership, licensed, and hard-to-fill positions across all offices.
• Advise hiring managers on intake, role calibration, candidate profiles, and search strategy with market insight.
• Source and engage passive candidates, building talent maps and pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing.
• Coach hiring teams on structured interview and assessment approaches to improve decisions and candidate experience.
• Extend offers and negotiate within approved ranges; guide new hires through onboarding with HR.
• Mentor Talent Acquisition Partners on sourcing strategy and senior search practices.
• Track time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance; improve TA practices, including AI-assisted tools.
