Mainspring Energy, Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our TA organization at the Menlo Park HQ. You will oversee recruiters and sourcers, refine processes, and partner with leadership on growth strategy.

This is a non hands-on leadership role focused on building an effective recruiting function for ambitious hiring goals. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and drive a scalable operating model, talent strategy, and interviewer training to support
