Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace is seeking a Talent Pipeline Recruiter to lead apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and entry-level recruiting across the United States. You will build partnerships with schools, military programs, and workforce organizations to attract future aviation professionals.

You will represent ST Engineering at events nationwide, manage candidate communications, and collaborate with HR leadership to drive talent strategy and workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Three+ years of recruiting or workforce development experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and workforce organizations to support talent acquisition.
• Serve as primary recruiting contact for apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and entry-level programs.
• Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment activities, career fairs, and recruiting events nationwide.
• Travel regularly to recruiting events, educational partners, military outreach, and conferences across the U.S.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates for apprenticeship, internship, and entry-level opportunities.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruitment metrics for reporting.
