Job summary

AWI is seeking a Senior Recruiter to shape our talent pipeline and attract top talent across the organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex and high-priority searches, from sourcing through offer.

In this individual contributor role, you will guide the recruiting team, develop strong partnerships with regional managers and HR leadership, and drive process improvements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of recruiting experience, including corporate/leadership roles.
• Experience in affordable housing, property management, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy across corporate and on-site roles.
• Manage complex, high-priority searches and engage qualified candidates.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hire.
• Guide and coordinate recruiting team with best practices.
• Build strong talent pipelines for multiple positions.
• Lead outreach in career fairs and college recruiting.
• Oversee offers and candidate experience, including salary negotiations.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Track recruitment data and report progress to HR leadership.
• Improve recruiting processes and ensure compliance.
