Job summary

WesleyLife in Johnston, IA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, recruit, and implement the organization’s talent acquisition strategies. This role collaborates with the People and Culture team to define new sourcing opportunities and improve WesleyLife’s ability to attract, hire, and retain exceptional individuals.

You will own the full recruitment cycle, develop sourcing tactics, manage candidate experience, and partner with hiring leaders to ensure alignment with talent

Qualifications

• Five or more years in recruitment-related area with sourcing strategy experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and alignment with organizational strategy.
• Ability to consult, influence and negotiate changes in the recruitment cycle.
• Healthcare or hospitality industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle for assigned roles and locations with hiring leaders.
• Enhance candidate experience, ensure timely, attractive recruitment process.
• Implement effective sourcing tactics including internal and external methods.
• Partner with local, regional, and state groups to expand pipeline.
• Track metrics such as time-to-fill, interview-to-hire, and 90-day retention.
