Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Dallas, TX team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines and locations, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract top talent.

You will build pipelines through networking, career fairs, and innovative sourcing, while driving time-to-hire improvements and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting/staffing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR department.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from intake calls to offers across disciplines and locations.
• Partner with HR and leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through networking, career fairs, and sourcing channels.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
