Qualifications

• 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience in fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to forecast staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates; extend offers when appropriate.
• Improve recruiting processes and time-to-hire with data-driven insights.
• Build a diverse candidate pipeline through networking and events.
