Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Dallas, TX team. The role will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines, partnering with hiring managers nationwide to fill positions efficiently with qualified candidates who align with Rexel values.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting/staffing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR department.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to fill roles timely.
• Source and screen candidates and extend offers as appropriate.
• Develop hiring strategies and measure recruitment KPIs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and branding in recruitment marketing.
