Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team remotely within the USA. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers nationwide, and build strong candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines and locations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, experience with ATS systems like Smart Recruiters, and a strategic mindset to optimize time-to-hire while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting/staffing
• Experience in fast-paced Talent Acquisition or HR environment
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines and locations
• Partner with HR and leaders to align staffing with business goals
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Develop and implement clear recruiting strategies per requisition
• Track and report recruiting metrics and optimize candidate experience
