Job summary

Brass Finch Brands is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for teams across e-commerce, marketing, customer support, supply chain, and corporate operations. This role supports 8–12 open positions and operates on a hybrid schedule from Chicago.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting plans, manage searches from publication through offers, and maintain high-quality candidate communication.

Qualifications

• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously and working with multiple hiring managers.
• Experience using candidate sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and professional sourcing platforms.
• Strong written communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to handle candidate and compensation information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to align on responsibilities, requirements, compensation, and interview plans before opening roles.
• Write and publish clear job descriptions across appropriate job boards and sourcing channels.
• Review applications, source passive candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer preparation.
• Build pipelines for recurring positions in customer support, sales, e-commerce, and distribution operations.
• Advise hiring managers on market availability, compensation expectations, and realistic recruiting timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring data in the applicant tracking system.
• Track hiring metrics including time to fill, offer acceptance, sourcing results, and candidate experience.
• Support career fairs, employee referrals, and selected employer-branding projects.
