Job summary

Dornier MedTech America, the U.S. arm of the company that invented shock wave lithotripsy, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You will own full cycle recruiting for all DMTA functions, with sales representing the largest share, and replace reactive requisitions with proactive pipelines. This is a builder role with in-house recruiting initiatives and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting across mixed role types, with proven sales or revenue-role hires.
• National recruiting experience across multiple functions; medical device sales recruiting background is strongest.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for all DMTA functions, with emphasis on sales roles.
• Build pipelines, processes, and reporting instead of inheriting open requisitions.
• Develop and present recruiting metrics to Sales, Operations, and HR leadership.

Dornier MedTech America is the U.S. arm of the company that invented shock wave lithotripsy, now selling lasers, lithotripters and single-use endourology devices to urologists nationwide. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full cycle recruiting for every DMTA function, with sales the largest share, plus the ClearCompany ATS and recruiting metrics. This is a builder's role: a newly created seat replacing reactive requisition filling with proactive pipelines. A chance to stand up in-house recruiting at a company that has doubled headcount in five years.

• Newly created seat: you build the pipelines, process and reporting rather than inheriting someone else's.
• Real growth behind the reqs: U.S. headcount has doubled in five years to 170+, with the Hoover and AXIS II Slim launch in 2025 extending the Thulio laser platform.
• Genuine variety: national sales, field service engineers, office, warehouse and laser fiber manufacturing roles, plus the occasional senior-level search.
• Visibility: your metrics go straight to Sales, Operations and HR leadership, and the CEO is part of the hiring process for this role.
• Hybrid schedule with three days a week in the Kennesaw office, and medical, dental and vision coverage from day one.
• 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting across mixed role types, with proven sales or revenue-role hires.
• Has recruited at a national level, not for a single local employer; medical device sales recruiting is the strongest background.
• Builds recruiting metrics and presents them comfortably to non-HR leaders.
• Persistent with hiring managers and keeps candidates engaged through long hiring timelines, especially field service searches.
• Tech-savvy and open to AI in the workflow. ClearCompany not required; any ATS experience transfers.
