Job summary

Dahl Consulting is partnering with a global leader in water, hygiene, infection prevention, and sustainability solutions to identify a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This contract role supports full-cycle recruiting for technical and sales positions, leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern recruiting platforms.

You will build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive data-driven hiring decisions in a fast-paced environment across manufacturing, quality, and engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience totaling at least seven years of professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing.
• Experience recruiting within supply chain, manufacturing, production, engineering, quality, continuous improvement, TPM, operations, or related technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and sales-related positions, with flexibility to support additional specialized hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop targeted recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking, talent mapping, market research, and creative outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, cultural fit, compensation expectations, and work authorization requirements.
